Roisin lives in Hawkesbury Upton with her husband Luke and their three children, Oliver, Teddy and William. The family also have a lovely but noisy dog called Bertie.
Roisin has always lived locally, spending many years living on Chipping Sodbury High Street. As an active member of Sodbury Players, the local dramatics group, since she was 16, Roisin has acted in pantomimes and period dramas and enjoyed off-stage roles including make-up and helping out at the front of house. She currently works behind the bar in a local pub.
As a local campaigner, Roisin has been working to protect our beautiful green fields, secure more investment for roads in our local villages and improve road safety. Roisin played key part in the campaign to re-open the right-hand turn from Heron Way onto Kennedy Way, launching a community petition and survey and writing to the Leadership at South Gloucestershire Council.
Roisin and the family spend their time together enjoying the local playgroups in Hawkesbury, and in Chipping Sodbury. When they are not there, you’ll find them on local walks like the Cotswold Way, exploring the woods on Inglestone Common or in Hawkesbury Park.
